Easy Green Peas Soup
A light, warming broth seasoned with black pepper and curry leaves. This is not the kind of soup that tries to be a meal — it is the kind that settles the stomach, clears the head, and warms you from the inside.

- 1/4 kg Green peas
- Bread slices fried
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 cup Water
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing easy green peas soup, first cook peas in 2 cups of water.
Step 2
Mash the peas and strain it.
Step 3
Add milk to mashed peas and little water.
Step 4
Boil this mixture.
Step 5
Add required salt and pepper.
Step 6
Add fried bread slices to it.
Step 7
Easy green peas soup is ready.
Tip
Fresh curry leaves make a genuine difference. Dried curry leaves are a poor substitute — if you cannot get fresh ones, increase the quantity and fry them longer.
