Easy Chicken Cutlet
Chicken with noodles and other ingredients - Easy Chicken Cutlet.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 1/2 kg Chicken breast cooked and — minced
- 1 nos Onion finely chopped, big
- 1 tbsp Ginger — chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic — chopped
- 3 nos Green chillies — chopped
- 1 nos Potato big
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Chicken masala
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- Bread crumbs, to taste
- 2 nos Eggs beaten
- Oil, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing easy chicken cutlet, in a vessel boil the potato with a pinch of turmeric powder, salt and sufficient water, until done. Peel the potato and allow it to cool. Mash it and set aside.
Step 2
Set a pan on the stove, heat 3 tbsp of oil. cook in the onion, ginger, garlic, and green chillies until the onion gets a golden brown.
Step 3
Next, add turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, chicken masala, garam masala powder and salt. cook until the raw smell is gone.
Step 4
Stir in in the chicken mince and cook until the whole water content has evaporated.
Step 5
In a large mixing bowl, mix the above chicken masala and mashed potato.
Step 6
Make small balls and flatten them with the palm of your hands. Dip them in whisked egg and then in bread crumbs.
Step 7
Pour oil into a pan and heat it and fry them until golden brown or as you prefer.
Step 8
Easy chicken cutlet¦s are ready. Serve them hot with ketchup or any sauce you prefer.
Step 9
Note:- 1)Use coconut oil or ghee for best results.
Step 10
If you don`t want it to be too spicy, you can avoid the green chillies.
Step 11
You can add coriander leaves as well for taste.
Tip
Oil temperature is critical. Too hot and the outside burns before the inside cooks. Too cool and the snack absorbs oil and turns soggy.
