Easy Cherupayar Mezhukkupuratti

- 1 cup Green gram
- 2 nos Onion — chopped
- 5 Cloves garlic — chopped
- 1 tsp Dry red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 5 nos Curry leaves
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing Easy Cherupayar Mezhukkupuratti, first boil 1 cup of green gram with 2 cups of water for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Set a kadai over medium heat and pour in the oil add 2 spoon oil, chopped onions, chopped garlic, chilli flakes, curryleaves and salt.
Step 3
Next, add cooked green gram to this and mix throughtly. Let it cook for 2 minutes in stove.
Step 4
Now Easy Cherupayar Mezhukkupuratti is ready to serve.
Tip
Shred the vegetable as fine as you can — the thinner the cuts, the better the thoran. A sharp knife makes all the difference.
