Cucumber Ice Cream

Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 2 nos Cucumber
- 4 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 4 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
1) Peel cucumber and chop. 2) Mix all ingredients and blend in a mixer grinder, till smooth. 3) Freeze in refrigerator overnight. 4) Leave out for a few minutes and serve it cold.
Tip
When the recipe says "medium heat," it means medium. Kerala cooking is not about high-flame drama — most of the work happens at a patient, steady temperature.
