Crispy Fried Pepper Chicken

- Chicken : 8 large pieces
- Egg : 2 no (beaten
- Bread Slices : 4 nos (powdered
- Pepper Powder : 2 ½ tsp
- Lemon : 1 no
- Oats : 5 tsp
- Salt, to taste

Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and lemon juice. Set aside for 20 minutes.

Do not boil the curry hard after adding coconut milk. A gentle simmer is all you need — vigorous boiling can cause the coconut milk to split.
