Chocolate Roll Easy
A traditional preparation from Kerala that balances flavour, texture, and aroma in the way that only home cooking can. No two households make it exactly the same, and that is the point.
Ingredientsfor 7 servings
- 1 cup Nuts
- 12 piece Biscuits
- 3 tbsp Chocolate powder like boost, viva etc
- 11/2 cup Coconut powder Thenga peera
- Condensed milk needed
Preparation
Step 1
Cut into small pieces.broke biscuits into small pieces. Mix together all the ingredients.
Step 2
Pour a little condensed milk to make a small dough.
Step 3
Roll it into cylinder shape.
Step 4
Cover it with aluminium foil.
Step 5
Refrigerate.
Step 6
Cut it into small round shapes. Serve.
