Chickpea Dosa
A quick, satisfying dosa that needs minimal prep and delivers maximum crunch. Spread the batter thin for crispy edges, or thick for a softer, chewier centre. Pair with chutney and sambar.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 250 g Chickpeas Kadala
- 4 nos Shallots
- 4 nos Green chillies
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- Water, to taste
- Ghee, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing chickpea dosa, soak chickpeas in water.
Step 2
Grind chickpeas with green chillies, onion and required water.
Step 3
Add turmeric, coriander leaves and salt to batter.
Step 4
Make dosa out of it and serve hot.
Tip
Spread the batter in a quick circular motion from the centre outward. Do not go back over areas you have already spread.
