Chicken Bread Samosa
If you are too lazy for the long process of making samosa,you can choose this easy bread samosa recipe.In this we stuff chicken masala in each bread slices and dip this in egg mixture and shallow fry it in oil.its a Good combo for evening snack with.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 6 Bread slices
- 2 Egg
- 3 tbsp All purpose flour
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- For filling
- 250 g Chicken
- 1/4 tsp Tureric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam maasala
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 3 Green chilly
- 1 cup Onion
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken with pepper powder,turmeric powder and salt.and shred the chicken.
Step 2
Pour oil into a pan and heat it and add ginger,garlic,green chilly and onion with some salt.cook it, stirring until light golden brown.
Step 3
Transfer cooked chicken,Stir everything together thoroughly with masala,then add pepper powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,coriander leaves and curry leaves.Stir everything together thoroughly and turn off the heat.let this stuffing to cool.
Step 4
Combine all purpose flour with salt and water as needed.make it to a thick batter.
Step 5
Steam bread slices for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Apply gum in all edges and place 1-2 tbsp filling in its middle.
Step 7
Fold it and press.steal the gap with gum if required.
Step 8
Now we are going to toast the bread.dip the bread samosa in beaten egg and toast in ghee.toast both sides until crispy and lightly browned.
Step 9
Now our Chicken bread samosa is ready to serve.
Tip
Bone-in chicken gives a richer, more flavourful gravy than boneless. The marrow flavours the curry as it cooks.
