Cheera Masiyal - Brahmin Special

- 1 bunch Spinach (cheera)
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 1 nos Red chilly
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing cheera masiyal - brahmin special, first boil spinach in water by adding turmeric powder.
Step 2
After it gets sufficiently cool, grind the boiled spinach. Please avoid over grinding.
Step 3
Make this ground spinach in a semisolid state by adding enough water and add salt.
Step 4
Fry mustard seeds, urad dal, and red chilly in hot coconut oil.
Step 5
