- Milk powder : 3 tsp
- Sugar : 3 tsp
- Egg : 3 nos
- Vanilla essence : 2 drops
- Cardamom seeds : 2 nos
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the carrots into small pieces and cook them until soft.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients in a grinder.
Step 3
Transfer to an oiled deep pan.
Step 4
Cook until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Step 5
Carrot pola is ready.
