Ingredientsfor 6 servings
- 6 Bread slices
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 4 Egg
- 1/2 Pc,grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 cup Sugar
- 10 Cashew&raisins
- 2 tbsp Ghee
Preparation
Step 1
Set a pan on the stove,add grated coconut,1/2 cup sugar,cardamom powder and 3 tbsp water.cook for five minutes and take it off the heat.
Step 2
Beat egg with remaining sugar and milk.powdered the bread slices with your hand and mix it with the egg mixture.
Step 3
Add coconut mixture and Fold everything together gently.
Step 4
Heat ghee in a pan and pour the mixture into it.cook in a very low flame for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Flip after 20 minutes and cook the other side for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Bread coconut cake is ready.
Tip
When working with jaggery, always melt and strain it first. Even the best quality jaggery has some grit that needs to be removed.
