Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 3 Potato
- 2 Carrot
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- Water, to taste
- All purpose flour, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the potato,carrot,ginger garlic paste,chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt.
Step 2
Partially grind it and then make small balls with the mixture.
Step 3
Make batter with flour and salt water.
Step 4
Dip the balls in batter and fry in hot oil in oil.
Tip
Oil temperature is critical. Too hot and the outside burns before the inside cooks. Too cool and the snack absorbs oil and turns soggy.
