Beetroot Salad Easy

- 2 nos Beetroot
- 1 nos Shallots small (Kunjulli)
- Salt Little
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Groundnut oil
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sunflower seed oil
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing beetroot salad, peel the beetroot and slice it well.
Step 2
Season with chopped shallot, salt, pepper, groundnut oil, vinegar and sunflower seed oil. Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 3
Beetroot salad is ready. Serve in a salad bowl.
