Baked Vegetables With Paneer
Mixed vegetables, paneer and other ingredients are mixed and baked together.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 1/2 cup Mixed vegetables boiled, preferably carrot, potato, french beans, cauliflower, green peas
- 3/4 cup Paneer — grated
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- 1 nos Onion — chopped
- 2 tbsp Capsicum — chopped
- 1 nos Tomato — chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 nos Green chilly — chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 Spring Curry leaves
- Garam masala powder A pinch
- Tumeric powder A pinch
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Cream
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing baked vegetables with paneer, sautT the chopped onion in hot oil for a minute.
Step 2
When the onion is transparent, add chopped capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, green chilly and tomato. cook for a minute.
Step 3
Stir in the cooked vegetables, garam masala, chilly powder, tumeric powder, curry leaves, pepper powder and salt. Fold everything together gently.
Step 4
Transfer the vegetable mixture into a baking dish and pour the tomato puree over it.
Step 5
Sprinkle grated paneer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes in a 200 degrees preheated oven.
Step 6
Garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
Step 7
Baked vegetables with paneer, a healthy, And nutritious dish is ready.
Tip
Fresh curry leaves make a genuine difference. Dried curry leaves are a poor substitute — if you cannot get fresh ones, increase the quantity and fry them longer.
