Avil Milk

- 1/4 glass Avil Aval or rice flakes
- 1/2 glass Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Banana
Preparation
Step 1
For prepared the delicious drink, first cut the banana into small pieces.
Step 2
To lend a crispy and crunchy texture to the drink, roast avil or rice flakes in a pan for about 3-4 minutes in medium flame. Set aside.
Step 3
Add banana, milk, sugar and ice cubes in a mixer and blend it well.
Step 4
Pour it into a tall glass and add roasted avil. Now the delicious drink is ready to serve. This is one of the most nutritious of dishes that can even be termed a complete drink.
Tip
Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking. Flavours settle and meld during this time, and the texture often improves.
