- 1/2 tsp Ginger — minced
- 3 nos Mint leaves
- Salt A pinch
- Pepper A pinch

For preparing water melon and ginger juice, mix together all ingredients in blender.

Blend well.

Serve water melon and ginger juice cold.
Tip
Fresh curry leaves make a genuine difference. Dried curry leaves are a poor substitute — if you cannot get fresh ones, increase the quantity and fry them longer.
