Tender Coconut Pudding Easy

- 2 cup Tender cocount pulp
- 1 Tin Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Fresh milk
- 2 tsp Gelatin
- Dates for garnishing — chopped
- Cashewnuts for garnishing — chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all the ingredients with gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup of hot water.
Step 2
Pour in serve cups and refrigerate.
Step 3
Garnish with chopped dates and cashew nuts.
Step 4
Serve.!
