Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 2 tsp Groundnut
- 1/2 cup Coconut
- Green chilly -4
- 4 Coriander leaves
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Grind coconut,ground nut,green chilly,red chilly, salt and coriander in a mixer.
Step 2
Now kadala chammanthy is ready to serve.

The binding point is everything — cook the mixture just until it holds shape when pressed. Overcooked, it turns hard; undercooked, it crumbles.
