Ice Cream With Toasted Bread

Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- Bread : 4 nos
- Ice cream : 50 ml
- Apple : 50 gm — chopped
- Raisins : 25 gm
- Cashew nuts, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Toast bread dry or with ghee.
Step 2
Place it on a plate.
Step 3
Place the chopped apples and raisins.
Step 4
Spread the ice cream over it and garnish it with nuts and Serve right away.
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
