- 7 nos Dry chillies
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- Tamarind A small piece
- Coconut oil, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing garlic chammanthi, first roast the chillies in gas.
Step 2
Grind garlic, dry chillies, salt and tamarind.
Step 3
Add salt and pour coconut oil on top.
Step 4
Garlic chammanthi is ready.
