Fried Prawn Curry
A tasty curry which goes well with rice, patiry, chapati etc.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 250 g Fried prawns
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 6 Green chilly
- 3 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- Water, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Fry prawns marinated in chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Set aside.
Step 2
Mix onion, green chilly, turmeric powder, salt and water as needed. Let it boil.
Step 3
Add fried prawns.
Step 4
Add tomato and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 5
Mix in the coconut milk. Let it boil for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve it with rice, pathiry, chapathi etc.
Tip
Let the curry rest for at least 15 minutes after cooking — the flavours deepen as it sits. Reheated curry almost always tastes better than fresh.
