Chakkara Gothambu

Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 1 cup Wheat
- 1/2 Of Coconut
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 piece Jaggery
Preparation
Step 1
Pressure cook the wheat till done.
Step 2
Meanwhile, grind together coconut and cumin seeds into a smooth paste.
Step 3
Once the wheat is cooked, add the jaggery.
Step 4
Add the coconut mixture and cook till the gravy thickens.
Tip
Fresh curry leaves make a genuine difference. Dried curry leaves are a poor substitute — if you cannot get fresh ones, increase the quantity and fry them longer.
